If you change your mind about your order or gift purchase, you can send it back to us using our free returns service. To arrange your return, simply sign in and go to Orders & Returns in your account. Once you’ve found your order, click Start a Return. You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
If you purchased an item through our remote-shopping services, you can contact your Personal Shopper or Customer Service to arrange a return.
All returns are subject to Barone Returns Policy.
Returning your order has never been easier. To prepare your return, pack the unwanted items and simply attach the pre-paid label onto the front of the parcel. Next, choose from one of the following returns options:
You may book a complimentary collection for your return by signing into your account and selecting ‘Orders & Returns’ to start the process. If you don’t have an account, head to our returns page and select the items you would like to return using our ‘pick-up’ service.
Online orders may also be returned free of charge at any DHL Service Point.

While we do not offer exchanges for online orders, you can easily return unwanted items to us for a full refund. For more information, please read our Returns Policy.
After booking your online return, you need to fill in a returns invoice. You should find a returns invoice inside your parcel. On it, mark the items, including the quantities, being sent back to us. Make sure you sign and date this invoice to confirm your return. Include your returns invoice in the original parcel and leave it unsealed so our courier can double-check the contents
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the item so that we can assist you further
While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve the issue
We offer a free returns service for all orders shipped to Europe or worldwide. Please note: the original delivery charges will not be included in your refund. If duties have been paid at the Checkout, we can refund these charges to you directly. However, if your duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, these charges are non-refundable through Barone. Please note: you may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local Customs office.
