All Kenyan orders are delivered by delivery partners selected by Barone with an up-to-the-minute service. Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact us directly or visit DHL directly through their apps.

Our usual shipping time is 10 – 15 days post date of purchase for purchases outside the Republic of Kenya. Purchases within the country undergo a 7 – day processing time before being dispatched for delivery. Our international courier of choice is DHL. Please see note on Delivery in our FAQs section to know the exact countries we can ship to.
Depending on the specified collection/delivery point, the standard delivery time should take a further 2-4 days on top of the shipping time. You can Track your order by clicking on the “Track your Order” option listed at the bottom of this page.
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting ‘My Orders’ when signed in to your online account. If you have used our ‘Guest Checkout’ option, you can track your order directly from the courier’s website by inputting your tracking number.
To make worldwide shipping easy, we have included duties and taxes in the product price where possible. Duties and taxes will be included and shown at the Checkout for the following countries:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey), Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Republic of Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom (including Isle of Man) and United States.
If you are ordering from within your own Customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable; however, you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at Checkout.
If a DAP (Delivery at Place) destination is selected (which is typically selected by customers outside of the destinations listed above), the price you pay to Barone will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
No, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. This includes orders for hampers and Gift Cards. If you would like help placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
